About Us

John N. Bantsolas is the broker-in-charge and has been active in the commercial real estate business in Cumberland County since 1992.  He is a member of the West Point class of 1971 and served in the U.S. Army for twenty years as an artillery officer.  He has a master degree in Human Resources Management.  He married Irene in 1975 and they have two adult children.  John participates in all aspects of the commercial real estate business to include sales, leasing, and property management.  John received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1999.

Chrysoula (“Soula”) Bantsolas grew up in Fayetteville, NC, attended the Westover Schools and then the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Communications.  She also earned a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University.  Soula is proud to call Fayetteville home and worked in the local nonprofit industry for 14+ years.  Soula began her real estate career in 2021, concentrating on helping people buy and sell homes.
